Bio

Katharine has a passion for developing change agents and the systems in which they operate. Using experience gained during a successful career as a VP of Marketing, co-founder of several companies and executive adviser, she brings a pragmatic and experienced approach to identifying and implementing new strategies and driving change in organizations.

Katharine coaches and consultants to entrepreneurs, executives and Board members to support them in leading powerfully around new ideas and strategies. Katharine has advised and coached hundreds of executives and a wide range of teams at Juniper Networks, Microsoft, Cisco, WebEx, Symantec, Hewlett Packard, Stanford Hospital and many other technology companies. As a strategist and adviser to leaders, she led and managed over 200 projects for venture-backed start ups.

Katharine has a BA, cum laude, from Smith College and a Masters of Science from the London School of Economics. She previously taught Consulting and Innovation Methods for Hult International MBA and Leadership at the Kauffman Foundation for Entrepreneurs. Katharine was co-founder of the Bay Area Chapter for the Neuroleadership Institute and is a frequent lecture and workshop leader on the application of brain science to creating and maintaining sustainable change in individuals and organizations.
